Rabbi Berman has worked over 30 years in the fields of Jewish Education and Jewish communal service.  He has extensive experience in formal and informal education in day school and supplementary school settings including elementary, high school and adult education venues.  Currently, Rabbi Berman directs his own consulting firm – Berman Educational Services.  He served as Headmaster of Bnei Akiva Schools, Toronto, Founding Principal of Rae Kushner Yeshiva High School, Livingston, NJ, and principal of David L. Silver Yeshiva Academy, Harrisburg, PA.

Rabbi Berman is an ordained rabbi from Hebrew Theological College, Skokie, Illinois, and earned an M.Ed. In Curriculum and Instruction from Loyola University, Chicago, Illinois and is a Jerusalem Fellow of the Mandel Institute for Jewish Leadership.
